Deval Patel, OD
About
Dr. Deval Patel received her bachelor's degree in Physiological Sciences from University of California at Los Angeles. After her UCLA days, she proceeded to go directly into optometry in Fullerton, CA from which she obtained her Doctorate in Optometry.
​
Upon completion of her OD degree in 2003, Dr. Patel moved to her new home with her husband in Tuscon, Arizona. She has been practicing optometry there for 15 years in all aspects of vision care until her return to Southern California in 2018. She has done specialty contact lenses to treating Glaucoma to pediatric vision care.
​
She adores spending time with her husband and two children. In addition to her time with her family, Dr. Petal loves to read, cook, and travel.
Janki Chollera, OD
About
Janki Chollera, a recent graduate from the Southern California College of Optometry, has a strong interest in pediatric vision care and ocular disease. Born and raised in Southern California, Janki shows a passion and commitment to provide exceptional patient care to the very same communities that have raised her.
Janki spends her spare time playing badminton, and supporting her favorite professional teams: Lakers, Dodgers, Rams, and UCLA (alma mater).

Alejandro Jaramilla, OM
Alejandro (Alex) Jaramillo is an experienced optical manager with a passion for detail-oriented work and a commitment to supporting team success. With over a decade in customer service, he excels in pretesting patients and enhancing the patient experience. Alex is known for his ability to patiently work with special populations and pediatrics. He has successfully managed coworkers into creating a comfortable and friendly environment for patients of all ages.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys working on cars, skating, and spending quality time with his family. He has a playful side, often lightening the mood by joking around and pulling pranks on family and friends. He is dedicated to helping others and is on a journey toward self-sufficiency, and is always seeking new ways to learn and grow.

Gema German is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in the optical industry, where she has made a significant impact by working with both adults and children. Throughout her career, Gema has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional eye care and fostering patient relationships built on trust and understanding. Her journey in the optical field began with a passion for helping others see the world more clearly. Gema’s extensive knowledge and expertise in various aspects of optical care have allowed her to excel in diverse clinical settings. She possesses a deep understanding of the unique needs of her patients, whether they are children requiring specialized eyewear or adults seeking progressive lenses to enhance their visual comfort.

This versatility has not only honed her clinical skills but also enriched her ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. In addition to her technical skills, Gema is known for her understanding and compassionate demeanor. She takes the time to listen to her patients, addressing their concerns and making them feel comfortable throughout their eye care journey. Her ability to create a welcoming atmosphere has led to countless positive testimonials and a loyal patient base that appreciates her personalized service.

On her free time Gema likes to enjoy family time with her kids and husband and attend all of her daughters' competitions. She Loves to dance (do choreography) and go to Disneyland for the nightmare before Christmas theme when able to.
